2026 HUMC Summer Camps Pre-Registration

Completion of this form and the online payment of registration fees are required to reserve your camper's spot. Each camper must have a pre-registration form. Please do not register more than one camper on a form. Camps are divided into two age groups in different parts of the building, these groups will only be combined for lunch at the park. Registration discounts are only offered for campers registered for a specific four week block (June or July block) or the whole summer. Camps are limited to 10 campers per age group or 20 campers per camp and run from 9 am to 3 pm Mondays through Thursdays and 9 am to 12 pm on Fridays. Snacks will not be provided this year, campers are expected to bring a bagged lunch and an AM and PM snack along with a water bottle to camp every day. Campers will be walking to neighborhood parks for lunch. Camp for ages 8-10 or 7 turning 8 over summer are in The Garage across from the Church, camp for ages 5-7 is in the Fellowship Hall at the church at 3131 Osceola Street Denver CO.

If the word FULL is written next to an age group or camp week that means capacity has been reached, please DO NOT fill out the form if a camp you want to register for is full -- as we are unable to refund your $75 deposit if you do so. If you want to be put on a wait-list simply email camps@humcdenver.org to do so. Due to program limitations we cannot delete an option on an active form, so writing FULL is our way of removing the option for people registering.

2026 HUMC Summer Camps Pre-Registration

2026 Summer Camp Schedule (8 weeks)
Ages 5 who have completed kindergarten–10 years old


All camps run Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and Fridays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

Camps are held at Highlands United Methodist Church. Please bring a water bottle, lunch, and sunscreen daily. Kids should come with a AM and PM snack.

2026 CAMP STRUCTURE AND DROP OFF 
For Summer 2026, campers will be split into two age based groups to support developmentally appropriate programming and group size balance. The groups will have lunch together at the park. Each group will have a separate drop off location and pick up location: 

Drop Off #1 Younger Group: (ages 5-7) -> Fellowship Hall
Drop Off #2 Older Group: (ages 8-10) -> The Garage 

Clear signage and staff support will be provided during drop off.

PLEASE NOTE: Children with summer birthday's turning eight will be put in the older age group (aged 8-10) for the whole summer. 




2026 CAMPER TUITION RATES
For every week a camper registers for, a $75 Non-Refundable registration fee will need to be submitted through Breeze at registration. This holds your child's spot and is applied toward total tuition. Enrollment is officially confirmed once the first tuition payment is received. 

Invoices and Payments
Weekly Registration = $315/wk

Discounts DISCOUNTED SPOTS FULL 
Campers registering for a full four-week session will receive a 15% discount and pay $1,071 for the four-week session. *Only one $75/registration fee required.

Campers registering for the full summer will receive a 30% discount and pay $1,764 for the 8-weeks of summer camp. *Only one $75/registration fee required.

All families registered by the end of January will receive their invoice and registration packet by email. Families may pay in full or follow an installment plan. Registration submitted after January 30th will receive their first invoice in the next billing cycle on March 10th.

All invoices are sent by the HUMC office. The invoice email includes a link to the payment portal. In the drop down menu, please select Summer Camp before submitting payment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are avaliable only if 10 days notice is given before the first day of camp for which a refund is needed, minus the $75 Non-Refundable Registration Fee. If a program reaches capacity, families will be contacted even if a form was submitted due to our system limitations.
