2025 Highlands Summer Camp Pre-Registration

Completion of this form and the online payment of registration fees are required to reserve your camper's spot. Each camper must have a pre-registration form. Please do not register more than one camper on a form. Camps are limited to 20 campers per camp and run from 9 am to 3 pm Mondays through Thursdays and 9 am to 12 pm on Fridays. Snacks will be provided, but campers are expected to bring a bagged lunch and water bottle to camp every day. Campers will be walking to neighborhood parks for lunch, and camp will be taking place in the Fellowship Hall at 3131 Osceola Street.

Camper Pre-registration Form

The 2025 Highlands Summer Camp registration is completely online.

Completing this form, including the non-refundable online registration fee, will reserve a space for your camper in the 2025 Summer Camps at Highlands UMC. The non-refundable registration fee is $75/week of camp. The fees paid will be applied to your camper's tuition. 

Parents of registered campers will receive an online camper packet to complete and a tuition invoice so that payments for camp can be made online. These packets will arrive within 30 days of your registration. Please note, cash payments will not be accepted. The full camper packet and tuition payments are due no later than ten days prior to the first day of camp.
 
Campers must be at least six years of age at the time of camp. Campers are eligible to attend camp as Jr. Counselors once they turn ten. Under the guidance of the Camp Director, Junior Counselor's assist in the management and care of campers by participating actively in all Day Camp activities and serving as a positive role model for campers. Junior Counselors also provide assistance to the Camp Counselors in setting up daily snacks, crafts projects, and other activities. In the process, they learn the skills and responsibilities of working with children.

2025 CAMPER TUITION RATES
The tuition for Cooking Camp is $310 per camper, and for all other camps, it is $275 per camper per week.

Campers are eligible for ONE of the following discounts. 
Multi-Week Discount = $250/1 Week of Camp 
OR
Sibling Discount = $250/1 Week of Camp
