The following spaces are available for rent at Highlands UMC:
The Garage ($30/hr)
Fellowship Hall and Kitchen ($85/3hrs)
Parlor ($60/3hrs)
Education Room ($40/3hrs)
Sanctuary (Case by Case Basis)
All paid times include a half hour before and after scheduled event times for set up and clean up. (i.e.- 6-8 slot includes 5:30 set up and 8:30 strike.)
EAlcohol is permitted however, EVENT INSURANCE is strongly encouraged as HUMC is not liable for any injuries or damages associated with your event. Learn more about event insurance at this link:

All rentals require a janitorial fee: one-time rentals=$20, weekly rentals=$40/mo. Payment is required before the reservation is booked and is non-refundable.
Although it is highly unlikely, unexpected events that require the use of the facility by the church, such as a sudden funeral service, will take precedence, and other users may be forced to give up their reservation. If this occurs, you will be fully refunded for your reservation.
